Hannah Marie Johnston

On April 27 at 3:18 in the morning, a new little girl joined our family! It took a while to come around to the right name, but after lots of pondering, sleeping on it, and testing it out, her name is Hannah Marie Johnston. We had been planning on a couple of other names, but this was the one that seemed to fit. As for who she looks like, the jury is still out.

Emmett was uninterested in her for about 10 minutes, but after that has had lots of fun looking at her, talking about her, and pushing her around in the hospital cart. He formally declared her "Emmett's baby SIS-der" about 20 times.

Brooke and Hannah were discharged from the hospital today (Friday) around lunchtime. We're at home and everybody seems healthy, squirmy and tired.
